Ko Teremoana Terepai KSM tōku ingoa. I am a receptionist at Te Waipuna Puawai. I’m from the Cook Islands, born in Aitutaki. I’ve been serving the Tāmaki community for about 25 years, as well as the wider Auckland community.

I love my mahi at Te Waipuna Puawai. I love the whare, with all the wairua in it. I enjoy working with whānau, and my colleagues are respectful and supportive. That standard is set from the top — from the CEO to the Ops Manager, the PA, the Coordinators, and the rest of the team. The work we do is very important to me, and that’s why I love it.

I enjoy talking and laughing with people, sharing stories, and being happy.
