Whānau Ora Services
Our Whānau Ora service is built on a simple belief: every whānau deserves support that recognises their strengths, aspirations, and ability to determine their own future.
Our Kaiwhiriwhiri Whānau walk alongside individuals and families, helping them navigate challenges, connect with services, access opportunities, and work towards the goals that matter most to them. Whether it's support with housing, health, education, employment, financial wellbeing, or strengthening whānau connections, our approach is guided by relationships and manaakitanga.
We know that no two whānau are the same. That's why our support is tailored to the needs and aspirations of each whānau, meeting people where they are and helping them take the next steps on their journey.
Click here or scan the QR code to refer an individual to Te Waipuna Puawai for whānau-centred support and navigation. Our Kaiwhiriwhiri work alongside whānau to understand their aspirations, identify priorities and connect them with the right services and opportunities. Once submitted, our team will review the referral and make contact to discuss the next steps.
Our Whānau Ora service is available to whānau living in West Auckland. If you would like to learn more or speak with one of our Kaiwhiriwhiri Whānau, please get in contact with Kaiwhiriwhiri Whānau:
